Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover your use of unnotable, the app at my.unnotable.app and this website. By using unnotable you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to support@unnotable.app.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@unnotable.app if you think someone else has got into it.
Your notes are yours
Everything you write in unnotable stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, which includes sending it to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. Our privacy policy explains exactly what that involves.
Using it fairly
Please don’t:
- use unnotable for anything illegal, or to store content that’s illegal to hold;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or data;
- try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, including the daily AI allowance;
- scrape the service, or resell access to it.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
The AI features
The AI suggests; it doesn’t decide. Its answers and proposed changes can be wrong, so read them before you commit them. Nothing it produces is professional advice.
Free, with optional support
unnotable is free. Supporting it is optional, unlocks nothing, and you can stop any time; payments are handled by the payment provider you use to support.
Changes and availability
We keep improving unnotable, so features will change. We work to keep it running, but it’s provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever close it, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your notes.
Ending
You can stop using unnotable at any time, and ask us to delete your account and notes. We can end these terms for an account that breaks them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost time, arising from your use of unnotable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t be excluded.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell you about changes that matter. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
